Do People Like You?

When you're in a social setting, you:

Worry if you're acting the right way. It's important for you to fit in.
Just be yourself and not worry about acting a certain way

Your friend makes a bunch of bad decisions that really screw up her life... decisions that you knew were wrong. How do you react?

You distance yourself from the situation. You knew this was coming, and you're not going to be a part of it.
You're still supportive of her, and you try to help her turn things around. You accept her as she is.

Deep down, how do you feel about most people?

You truly like people, and you are interested in their lives.
You find most people to be an annoyance, and you only deal with them because you have to.

When it comes to meeting new people, you:

Tend to remember names, faces, and general details about acquaintances.
Don't remember much about people who you meet briefly.

If a friend is making fun of you, you:

Get defensive and upset. Even if you're just being teased, you tend to be sensitive.
Laugh and go along with the joke. They're just having fun with you.

If someone challenges your values or ideas, you:

Are able to stick up for yourself and defend what you believe in, without it getting personal.
Can't deal with it. You either fight back too hard ... or you don't even bother to defend yourself.

When it comes to complements, you:

Give them often, but only when they're genuine. You can usually find something to complement someone on.
Tend to like to receive them rather than give them. And you always like to make sure you're getting enough complements.

When you're talking with friends about people you know, you tend to:

Complain and gossip! That's what friends do.
Speak positively about people. You don't like to feed into gossip or negative discussions.

If you screw up and do something wrong, you:

Own up to it and apologize. You can admit your mistakes, even when it's difficult.
Ignore it and hope it blows over. You don't really feel comfortable with apologizing.

When it comes to making conversation with people you don't know well...

You're not very good at it. You don't really have a lot to talk about with a stranger.
You have no problem making conversation with strangers. Everyone can find something to talk about!
